The townhouse is located in the Avalon community and the room available is a shared one, but with a nice and friendly girl, who is gone for most of the day (basically like having your own room). The room is large and spacious and includes a private balcony overlooking the pool. You would also have you own closet. The house is located within a two minute walk to Safeway, as well as restaurants and the school bus stop. While there would be 5 other girls living in the house, it is very quiet and all of the girls are friendly and down to earth girls. Also, there is a washer and dryer in the unit (extremely convenient!) The washer and dryer is $5/month and the utilities come out to about $30/month. Please contact me with any other questions! I am studying abroad for the rest of the year and subletting my room for the winter and spring quarters of 2010. All rooms are the same size but the master has a bigger closet and its own bathroom. We have a washer/dryer on the patio so laundry is convenient. We also are on the first floor so moving will be as easy as possible. Unitrans has a stop right outside the apartments so getting to campus by bus is easy and takes me 20 minutes. You would be living with 2 girls, both Juniors at UC Davis. They're clean, neat, and not too loud. We also have 2 cats but they will leave you alone unless you want to play with them.
